To measure your belt size, take an existing belt, lay it on the floor, and measure from belt end (not including buckle) to the most used hole.

This will help you find your measurement. You can also use a tailor ruler and run it through your belt loops wearing a pair of pants that fits you best. That measurement in inches is your actually waist size.
