Please do not attempt to alter or repair your leather goods yourself, or have them altered or repaired by a third party. Any such modifications will void our guarantee and release us from any associated responsibility.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, and tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
